I bring unique skills to the table, honed through my experience as a computer programmer. Requirements gathering, detailed planning, background execution, follow-up, and around-the-clock top-notch service support are some of the key skills I have developed. I am now redirecting and refining these skills to serve you as your trusted travel advisor. Customer service was always my top score on reviews.

The first time I can remember my family using a travel agent was when my Dad took my family and I to Hawaii. I can’t wait to share that story with you, it’s a great one. The most recent time was when I was working my way out of my previous programming position. I knew I wanted to switch gears in my career, and I really needed a trip to help reset my brain. I worked with this phenomenal travel agent to put together a train trip from Chicago to San Francisco. I was really struggling with fear and stress and after years of planning my own travel, I just didn’t have the time nor the heart … it was truly a gift she gave me planning that trip for me. I can see even better now how helpful a great travel agent can be, after having gone through that experience, it was an inspiration! And the trip worked the magic that trips do, it reset my head, heart, and spirit.
